Interprofessional Global Health Course

Open for registration in the winter, this student-created course is open to the faculties of medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, dentistry, kinesiology, psychology, dietetics and human nutrition and communication science. Last year's topics included in the course: Ethics in Global Health, Climate Change, Aboriginal Health, Mental Health, Comparative Healthcare Systems, Infectious Disease, and more. The course is a non-credit elective; however, students can earn a certificate of completion.

McGill Global Health Scholars (Undergraduate)

The Global Health Scholars program matches undergraduate students with a McGill faculty mentor working in global health. Students assist with global health research or outreach projects here in Montreal or abroad during the summer. Additionally, GHP facilitates a workshop series for them during the academic year.
